With a little attention, it would be perfect
Positive: The view is fantastic, the apartment is very spacious, and it is perfectly located for both transport and shopping!
Negative: I regret having to write this, but we couldn't pick up the keys because cleaning was still underway! Even after the cleaning was finished, we ended up cleaning everything again ourselves—despite having paid for the service—because the furnishings (especially the sofas) remained very dirty. We had to buy everything ourselves; there was no dish soap, sponge, mop, etc.
